Například projektem Visionary, který se stal první kancelářskou budovou s certifikací WELL u nás, jsme přispěli lokalitě novou mateřskou školkou, veřejným sportovním hřištěm, obchody, službami a novou zelení.
Průzkum ukázal, že z kanceláře pracuje každý druhý kancelářský pracovník. Proto vytváříme bezpečné a motivující pracovní prostředí, do kterého se budete rádi vracet.
Základové desky projektu Port7 pro nás byly největší výzvou. Desky s mocností až 220 cm spolkly výztužové pruty, které měly průměr až 32 mm. Základ nejen pro naše očekávané kanceláře budoucnosti byl položen skutečně kvalitní a my už se nemůžeme dočkat dalších kroků.
