As a company operating without problems, we attempt to satisfy the needs of our shareholders. We check every potential project and its social and environmental aspect. To this end we use tools of the type STAP or ORA.
We are also careful in the selection of the supplier chain.
Procurement - opportunities and challenges
An estimated average of about 70% of our project costs is associated with the purchase of goods and services. The procurement processes in all sales units involve thousands of suppliers and subcontractors. All must be duly screened and evaluated with regard to national legislation and with regard to the aspect of environmental and human rights.
Most purchases are done locally in the place of the project, and they are managed by local management systems, which are adapted for the specific conditions of the given local market. In the case of central purchasing, the advantages arising from long-term framework agreements are utilised.
