Expertise and Technical Equipment

Regular and professional servicing of ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, provided by our division engineers, ensures longer lifetime of the equipment with proper operating parameters and with an emphasis on minimum environmental impact.

The field engineers are experts in individual areas of the air-conditioning technology. They receive regular training, both in-house and at manufacturers of air-conditioning systems, and regularly attend professional competency courses for engineers in handling cooling utilities and working with electrical equipment.

We are equipped with quality brand tools and instruments for regular service checks and energy-related inspections of air-conditioning and cooling equipment.

Service Inspection Methodology

During energy-related inspections, field engineers focus on comparing existing technical documentation against the as-is situation. Records of regular inspections by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable standards are reviewed and inspection-related documents collected.

During cooling circuit inspections, the overall equipment condition and the condition of compressors is assessed, records of in-situ (compressor) measurements reviewed, and  operating temperatures, the level of refrigerant, and cooling circuit tightness checked.  The cleanliness of internal and external exchangers is also among the items to be checked.

Inspection Results and Conclusions

Upon inspection completion, we issue a report that includes the following:

-  Results of the measurements and calculations made during the inspection;

-  Notes on effectiveness and ideas for improvement;

-  Deficiencies identified during the inspection and suggestions how to correct them;

-  Notes on maintenance quality and ideas for improvement;

-  Notes on the size of equipment in relation to heat load and ideas for improvement.
