Skanska is a construction and development group operating in the Slovak and Czech republics, it is a part of the global concern Skanska with headquarters in Sweden.

Our customers include larger and smaller private companies, representatives of the public sector, investment companies and individuals. For us cooperation with state, regional and local investors and the private sector is important. We focus on residential and commercial development, and we also focus on planned projects in the area of PPP.
