Skanska sustainable development is coordinated by the relevant units of Skanska AB. Management for sustainable development of Skanska AB also deals directly with safety, protection of health and safety at work and the environment.

Environmental management system ISO 14001

In the context of the integrated management system, all companies of the Skanska group have introduced a certified Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ČSN EN ISO 14001, which is binding for all employees, subcontractors and all activities of the Skanska company. This system leads us to a constant ongoing monitoring of all processes and their improvement.

System for management of safety and occupational health OHSAS 18001

In the context of the integrated management system, the Skanska group has put in place and certified a system of safety and occupational health according to the specification OHSAS 18001. In the context of the system the procedure on the site and checking of documents is supervised by health and safety specialists who also monitor the processes implemented by subcontractors with an emphasis on adherence to all the rules for safety and occupational health.

Quality control management system ISO 9001

In the context of the integrated management system, all companies of the Skanska group have introduced and certified a system for quality control  in compliance with ČSN EN ISO 9001, which is binding for all employees, subcontractors and all activities of the Skanska company. All those involved are motivated by short-term and long-term parameters which model the future satisfaction of the customer and are closely linked with the individual elements of remuneration of employees.
