In the area of apartment construction we seek out and buy lands and develop new projects. In Slovak and Czech Republic we have implemented nearly thirty apartment projects with a total of 4000 flats. One significant part of development is the sale of flats.

In the context of commercial development and the concept Design & Build we focus on office buildings and retail premises of a medium to higher standard, office buildings with attached assembly halls, technological or warehousing premises and distribution or servicing centres.

We intend to expand our activities to other larger towns in the Slovak republic as well. When selling flats, we cooperate with renowned banking institutes and offer clients various possibilities for financing the purchase of real estate, including mortgages.
